These terms govern your use of Cledvibes Radio and the booking of broadcast slots, operated by Dashboard My Life Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a slot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: hello at cledvibesradio dot com.
To book a slot you must register an account, verify your email, and be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
We offer pre-recorded show slots on Cledvibes Radio: a one-off airing (a single broadcast at an agreed slot) and a weekly slot (a recurring show billed monthly). Exact pricing is shown at the point of booking. We'll confirm slot details with you after payment, and you'll need to supply your show audio for us to broadcast.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A one-off booking is a single payment. A weekly slot is a subscription billed monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate or refund partial periods.
One-off bookings are non-refundable once your show has been broadcast. Before broadcast, refunds are at our discretion. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer; note that where you ask us to begin a booked service quickly, your statutory right to cancel may end once the service has started.
You are responsible for the content you submit for broadcast. You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights, permissions and licences for, everything in your show — including any music, recordings, performances and contributions — and that broadcasting it will not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. While we hold the broadcast licences required to operate the station, you remain responsible for clearing the rights in your own material, and you agree to compensate us for any claim arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that infringes others' rights. We may refuse, edit the scheduling of, remove, or decline to broadcast any content, and cancel a booking, where we reasonably consider it breaches these terms — and we'll aim to tell you why.
We schedule and broadcast shows on a reasonable-efforts basis. We don't guarantee particular listener numbers, audience reach, or uninterrupted broadcasting, and the service is provided "as is". We may make changes to the station and these terms; significant changes will be notified.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may suspend or close your account or bookings if you breach these terms. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
