This policy explains how Cledvibes Radio, operated by Dashboard My Life Ltd ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). When you create an account and book a show, we collect: your name and email address; a securely hashed version of your password (we never store it in readable form); your booking details (show name, preferred slot, any notes) and booking history; and emails you send us. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number — Stripe processes it directly and returns us only a reference and the payment status.
We use your data to provide your account and the booking service, and to send you service emails such as verification, confirmations and password resets — this is necessary to perform our contract with you. We use technical logs to keep the site secure, which is our legitimate interest. We process some data to meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records. We do not send marketing without your consent.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you pay or manage billing, Stripe's own pages may set their own cookies, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We share data only with the service providers that run our service: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting) and Amazon SES (sending email). These providers act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses) are in place. We do not sell your data.
We keep your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will, except for records we must keep by law — for example, payment and tax records, which are typically retained for six years.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy at cledvibesradio dot com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to systems is restricted. No online service can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
This service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
